Dr. Neubrander is unable to accept any insurance or medicaid at this time and is therefore considered to be out of network. Our fees are prepaid or due at time of treatment. We will provide you with the ICD and CPT codes so that you may submit them to your insurance company, but it is your responsibility to work things out with your insurance company for reimbursement.
